M technique
The 'M' technique is a method of structured stroking. Each movement and sequence is done a set number of times, in a set pattern, at a set pressure and set speed that never changes. Cover is provided subject to the practioner being qualified to Practitioner Certification or above with certified ‘M’ technique® instructor.
Qualification requirement
A minimum of 100 hours of formal study and evidence of such study from a training establishment we recognise PLUS evidence of continued professional development of a minimum of 10 hours a year PLUS 2 years of established practice in this field PLUS No claims made against you whether justified or not.
