| The most commonly accepted definition of stress (mainly attributed to Richard S Lazarus) is that stress is a condition or feeling experienced when a person perceives that “demands exceed the personal and social resources the individual is able to mobilise.” Holistic Stress Management is working with individuals on a holistic basis to assist them to manage their stress to within the resources they have available. |

You must however be able to demonstrate a range of study and experience suitable and befitting PLUS No claims made against you whether justified or not PLUS evidence of continued professional development of a minimum of 10 hours a year PLUS 2 years of established practice in this field.
