Student Cover
Cover is available for students who are undertaking formal study with those organisations we have on our approved list. We provide comprehensive cover during a student formal study period and during live practice whilst such practice is personally supervised against valid claims.
Trainees must be under full supervision of a qualified practitioner other than for mandatory work performed in order to complete their qualification".
Further the Organisation undertaking the training and providing the supervision may be noted on the student's policy as covered against valid claims that arise as a result of the student's activities, whilst undergoing training and whilst engaged in practice whilst under their direct supervision with a supervisor present.
The student cover is provided at a very competitive premium. It must be noted that this cover provides cover ONLY whilst the individual insured is undergoing formal training and whilst supervised. Cover ceases once formal training has ended.
Special terms are available to students when their training comes to an end and they have achieved the accreditation they have been training for.
